The restaurant offers a comprehensive Vietnamese dining experience with the food strongly influenced by the southern Vietnamese style of cooking. Red Lotus was established in 2010 by chef and owner Leighton Rossi. Together with sister Margaret Nguyen of Cafe O Mai, both stores have established the reputation as being one of the most popular and busiest Vietnamese food establishments in Brisbane.
